This N.G.O is aligned with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.<\/p><p>As a result of this, Oximio Geo LLC has proactively become part of the Waste Management System, solidifying our commitment to compliance with these regulations. We have successfully established a contract with a reputable local entity, empowering us to act as the Importer of Record for electronic and battery devices imported into the country.<\/p><p>It is essential to note that the responsibility for registering imported\/exported materials rests solely with the IoR or the owner of the goods. This duty cannot be delegated to a third party, such as a broker \u2013 the IoR, or owner, must actively oversee and undertake this essential procedure.
