Key descriptions:

1 – Provide a site-specific proforma invoice to the Oximio Import department for review. Each invoice should be for one site.

2 – The Oximio Import department provides the green light for dispatch.

3 – Dispatch and delivery

4 – Oximio clears the shipment at agreed customs point.  Strong recommendation that delivery to the depot in Ukraine (Kyiv or Lviv) is client responsibility

5 – Oximio performs essential checks at depot

6 – Completion of delivery to the clinical site

7 – Oximio provides a Proof of Delivery
