Mykola Nikolaiev was appointed as CEO to Oximio in December 2022. Having worked at Senior Management levels within the company for seven years prior to this, he has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. His experience and expert industry knowledge will be key to leading the company forward, strengthening global capabilities through innovation, technology, and good business relationships. Mykola has two Master’s Degrees from Kyiv National Economics University in Law and Economics in addition to an ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting and a CIMA Diploma in Performance Management. With a career spanning almost 20 years, he has worked in Finance, Investment, Construction and Healthcare. In 2023 he will complete an ESMT Berlin MBA degree, from Germany’s acclaimed business school.

Sergiy Yachmennyk joined Oximio as the CFO in February 2022, bringing years of experience in different leadership roles in general management, financial management, and digital enablement. In his current role of the Chief Business Services Officer, Sergiy focuses on creating value for Oximio and our customers through service-oriented Finance, HR, Legal and IT functions.

Zayheda Khan was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in December 2022 and UK Managing Director in October 2024. She has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of roles within the clinical trial sectors including preclinical, clinical, proposal and budgeting, procurement and programme management. Zayheda oversees the Marketing, Sales/KAM, Commercial Operations, Procurement and Project Management functions with the aim of assessing customer needs and provide cost-effective tailor-made solutions. She is also responsible for the commercial data analysis for accurate forecasts and opportunity pipeline management and her organisation is driven to develop customer partnerships and drive forward the success of the commercial projects in an ever-changing clinical trial landscape. Zayheda has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Lancashire and Master and PhD Degrees in Pharmacology from The University of Bradford.

Responsible for operations in Georgia, Tamar has extensive experience working in both pharmaceuticals and clinical trials. Initially starting her career as a manager within pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution companies, she rose through the ranks to CEO. Thereafter she held roles as Head of Procurement and the Pharmaceutical Department for an immunology and chemotherapy clinic in addition to acting as Logistics for a non-governmental organization. Working within clinical trials, Tamar was previously the Logistics and Supply Manager for a CRO clinical supply unit before joining Oximio as a Pharmacist/RP, Country Head prior to her promotion to Managing Director. She was further promoted to Regional Director Southeastern Europe in October 2024 extending her remit across Georgia to Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia, Moldova, and Armenia.

Olga Vizgalova was appointed as Managing Director of Oximio UA in September 2022 and further promoted to Regional Director for Central Eastern Europe in October 2024. In this expanded role, Olga will oversee operations and growth strategy across these diverse markets, with a focus on enhancing our regional impact and forging deeper connections with our partners and clients. Serving as a member of the Senior Management Team, she has worked for Oximio since 2018. Originally joining as Investment Project Analyst, she became Investment Project Manager, and then Director of Regional Development and Investments. During these years, Olga has substantially contributed to developing the Investment Unit and geographical expansion of the business through the development and implementation of the GEO expansion strategy. She managed M&A and Greenfield projects and contributed to the development of the global partner network and launch of the new services. Olga has 10 years project management experience in the food and clinical trials industries.

Dror joined the company in 2020. Coming from the pharma industry, he has explicit management and logistics experience having previously been Project Manager for the construction of hospitals in Africa. He also served as a VP of customer service & distribution for a large pharma logistics company in Israel. He holds a B.SC in Medical Laboratory and an M.B.A specializing in Technology Driven Company Management and graduated with honors from both. Living in Israel he leads an enthusiastic and dedicated local team.

Günes Yildirim is the Regional Director for MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and part of the Oximio Senior Management Team. She is a highly experienced professional with 19+ years of operational experience in site management, clinical operations, and logistics operations in the clinical trials sector. Before being appointed as MD in Jan 2023, Gunes was Oximio TR’s Warehouse Manager and was responsible for managing all GDP operations. She was at the forefront of the implementation of several processes, system changes, and cross-functional collaboration. She holds a B.SC in Biology, lives in Izmir- Türkiye, and is leading the Oximio TR Team.

Managing and developing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control aspects of the business, Sahina promotes site quality and compliance improvement efforts. She is responsible for the implementation of a Global Quality concept that supports the overall objectives and priorities for Oximio. Working closely with the other members of the Senior Leadership Team she aims to drive Quality mindset, behaviour, and Quality Culture across the organisation. Sahina has over 15 years’ experience in Quality, joining Oximio in October 2021. She brings a wealth of experience having worked in pre-clinical, laboratory, clinical, vaccines and commercial environments. Previously, Sahina worked in Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Quality Manager and trainee QP.

With more than 18 years of Clinical Trial Supply Chain Logistics, QA and Vendor Management experience, Mark is responsible for business growth and the strengthening of our services across a worldwide arena. Mark has an extensive background in global depot storage and distribution including regulatory knowledge of clinical trial destination countries and regions. He has also gained a unique insight and level of local knowledge following recent residency in European, Middle East, African and APAC countries. Mark brings with him two years of extensive Freight Forwarding and regulatory experience within Free Trade Zones in Turkey & Africa. He previously spent six years with Almac Clinical Services in Vendor Management and four years with Zuellig Pharma – Asia Pacific, covering the APAC Region in a QA role. Other roles include six years with Catalent Pharma Solutions as Global Director Networks and one year in Technical Operations for Tanner Pharma.
